LIMITED WARRANTY
• The Radar product warranties and obligations set forth below are in lieu of any other express warranties or obligations of Radar, its distributors, or retailers. The warranties and limitations extend only to the original purchaser or the person for whom originally purchased for.
• Radar for a period of 1 year from date of purchase (receipt required), will at manufacturer's option repair or replace at no charge any Radar product which breaks or is defective in materials or workmanship: and at manufacturer's option, will replace at one-half the current retail price or repair at cost, for the remainder of the owner’s life. Damage due to misuse, abuse or modification is excluded…as is normal wear, such as handle dings, etc.
• Custom fitting of liners should be performed by authorized dealers only. Do not use ovens, microwaves, hair dryers or other devices for the purpose of heat molding INTUITION liners.
• Warranty does not apply to product older than 5 model years regardless of date of purchase.
• NOTE: Warranties can only be handled in the country from which the product is purchased.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Under no circumstance should the bottoms of skis be waxed, painted, or altered. Clean only with soap and water – rinse thoroughly.
STORAGE
• Boots need to be properly dried before storage. Do not store wet boots in tight spaces without ventilation, this will cause defects in the material, and is not covered under warranty.
COLOR FADING
• Colors will fade when subjected to prolonged sunlight exposure. THIS IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. To protect your product from ultraviolent rays of sunlight, store in the shade or a Radar designed bag when not in use.
LIMITATION OF REMEDY
• During the warranty period, Radar will at its option either repair or replace defective products. To obtain repair or replace, contact the Radar retailer of purchase to receive a return authorization number. Some states do not allow limitations on how long a warranty lasts, and some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
